Refund and Returns Policy

Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges. This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

1. Exchange/Refund Timeline

We offer a transparent and customer-friendly reprint/refund timeline. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, IYR Press, offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.

We use Printify, a third party “Print on Demand” (POD) service provider to fulfil merchandise orders. Our return and exchange policy is aligned with theirs.

2. Refund and Returns

We understand the importance of transparent and fair reprint/refund policy. We do not offer returns. Our reprint/refund policy aims to be reasonable. If eligible for a reprint/refund, we offer the following options:

• Reprint:
  • In the event the product is damaged, we’ll reprint the item per our POD service provider.
  • Note: all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you, the customer, ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
• Money Refund:
  • We’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Gift Card:
  • We can issue a gift card with the refund amount for you to use on future purchases.
• Store Credit:
  • You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used on any future purchases with us.

3. Items Eligible for Reprint/Refund

While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on our website are eligible for reprint or refund. The following categories of products are generally not eligible for refund:

• Books & Cookbooks
  • All sales on books/cookbooks are final.
• Digital Products or Digital Downloads:
  • All sales on digital products/downloads are final.
